At By Zina Alshaikhly, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide an exchange for items in their original condition within 3 days of purchase.

Please make sure to select the correct size, as a delivery fee of 50 AED will apply for exchanges.
